Dr. Timo Priester holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & Talent Mobility at QatarEnergy, Timo Priester has a robust background in human resources, having previously worked as the HR Director for Oil & Gas Production (Upstream) at Aramco and as the HR Manager for Exploration & Production at OMV Group, covering Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, Timo Priester has experience as an HR Transformation Consultant at Capgemini Consulting and as a Human Resources Consultant at Convergys Group.
