Kristen Dauphinais

Kristen Dauphinais currently serves as Chair of the Risk & Capital Committee and Non-Executive Director at QBE North America since March 2022. Additionally, Kristen has been a Senior Advisor at Acreto since February 2022 and a Co-Founder of Clavis Impact Fund since January 2021. Previously, Kristen held multiple roles at Beazley from January 2010 to June 2021, including Head of US Cyber and Tech, Underwriter, and Head of US Middle Market Tech and Cyber, managing a team to develop cyber initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Office, Zonal Underwriting Manager, and Vice President at AIG from February 2004 to December 2009. Kristen holds a BS in International Business and Spanish from Trinity University and additional education from Cass Business School.
