Barbara Gould

Barbara Gould is a seasoned professional in the genomics field, currently serving as Senior Manager for Genomics FAS in North America at QIAGEN since June 2019, after progressing through various roles including Manager of FAS for the same region. Prior to QIAGEN, Barbara Gould worked at Exiqon from June 2008 to April 2023, holding titles such as Senior Field Application Scientist and Scientific Field Applications and Technical Support Manager. Earlier experience includes positions such as Medical Science Liaison at Servier, and Field Application Specialist-Sales at Eurogentec. Barbara Gould earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Medicine from McGill University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Toronto, while also holding a B.Sc. in Specialized Honours in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph.
