Lavinia Dack

Lavinia Dack is an accomplished consultant and property development leader currently serving as a Consultant Development Manager at QIC since October 2024. Previously, Lavinia held the position of Group General Manager of Property at UnitingCare Queensland from April 2021 to September 2024, where leadership of a team of 125 professionals was instrumental in optimizing one of Queensland’s largest property portfolios. Lavinia's extensive experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Regional Developments at Economic Development Queensland and as a Senior Project Manager at both Calcutta Group and Aurecon, managing complex infrastructure projects and achieving successful outcomes. Earlier roles included significant contributions to the London Underground’s Victoria Station Upgrade and technical services management in local government. Lavinia holds a Master's degree in Project Management and has completed notable leadership programs at the University of Oxford and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
