Andrew Goodenough

Andrew Goodenough is a seasoned commercial director with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Qiddiya since October 2023, Andrew previously held the position of Commercial & Cost Director at The Crown Estate and was a Commercial Director at Qatari Diar from 2014 to 2022. Notable projects include significant developments such as Southbank Place, Chelsea Barracks, and luxury hospitality ventures like the US Embassy hotel and Four Seasons resort. Andrew's earlier career includes a Senior Quantity Surveyor role at Arcadis from 2008 to 2017. Andrew holds a BSc in Building Construction and Management with honors in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town, earned between 2002 and 2006, and attended Kearsney College from 1997 to 2001.
