Philip Paris

Philip Paris serves as the Chief Development Officer - City at Qiddiya since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in development and project management. Prior roles include Executive Director at the NSW Government overseeing Barangaroo development and leading Hunter Park projects, as well as Senior Development Director at Emaar. Philip has held significant positions at Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Barangaroo Delivery Authority, and Sama Dubai, among others, beginning a career in development management at Provent Property Group. Academic qualifications include a degree in Construction Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and ongoing education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 2018.
