Talal Jondi

Talal Jondi is an accomplished professional in civil engineering and real estate development, currently serving as the Head of Development for Regional and City Infrastructure at Qiddiya since September 2022. Prior to this role, Talal held the position of Executive Director at United Development Company (UDC) from August 2017 to January 2023. Talal's extensive experience includes serving as Managing Partner and CEO of EQCC and EQCC-PORR from March 2012 to July 2017, overseeing a joint venture between EQCC and PORR Austria. Additionally, Talal was the Chief Executive Officer of Barwa Financial District from March 2007 to February 2012, managing one of Qatar's significant real estate developments. Talal's career began at DYWIDAG International GmbH, where leadership progressed from Project Manager to General Manager of the Regional Office over a span of 16 years. Talal holds two Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover and a German institution.
