Matt Pierce

Matt Pierce has worked in various roles in the healthcare industry since 2019. Matt began their career at Downing Ventures as an Investment Director, Healthcare Ventures Principal, and Healthcare Ventures Associate. In 2020, they became an Investor and Board Observer at Adaptix Ltd. Matt also became an Investor at GENinCode_ Predictive Genetics in 2019. In 2021, they were a Non Executive Director & Investor at Qkine, a Non Executive Director & Investor at Cambridge Respiratory Innovations, an Investor at DiA Imaging Analysis, and an Investor at Arecor Limited. In 2022, they became an Investor and Board Observer at Cydar Medical. Lastly, in 2020, they became an Investor and Board Observer at MIP Diagnostics Limited.

Matt Pierce completed their ACA from ICAEW in 2015, following a BSc in Bioscience with Biotechnology from The University of Edinburgh in 2012. Matt also obtained an International Baccalaureate from Worth Abbey in 2007, and GCSEs from the same school in 2000. TheirGCSEs included biotechnology - drug design and pathway.
