Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Quad since October 2023 and as President of Brand Management and Innovation at Newell Brands since October 2022, Melanie is recognized for leading AI-driven solutions and transforming organizational models towards consumer-centric approaches. Prior roles include EVP and Chief Commercial Officer at Serta Simmons Bedding, overseeing global sales and marketing for a $3 billion company, and Vice President of Marketing at The Kraft Heinz Company, managing a $4 billion portfolio. With a rich background, including significant positions at Kimberly-Clark and Unilever, Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature and an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the University of Rochester.
