Mandy Kostarelou

Mandy Kostarelou is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of PMO & Analytics for Corporate Functions/HR Transformation at Qualco Group since February 2023, focusing on enhancing HR processes through data analytics. Previously, as a Senior Manager in the People Team Project Management Office at QUALCO, Mandy established the PMO & Analytics function and designed a PMO framework for efficient project implementation. Earlier roles included HR Business Partner at PQH, where responsibilities included developing HR plans and implementing policies, and a variety of positions at Proton Bank, where Mandy gained extensive experience in banking operations, compliance, and risk management. Mandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Informatics in Management & Economy from the Technological Educational Institute, earned between 2006 and 2012.
