Lauren Ackermann

Lauren Ackermann is a Qualified Success Architect at Qualified since July 2024 and serves as an Associate Board Member for Helping Hand, a non-profit organization dedicated to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Lauren is also a member of the RevOps Co-op, contributing to efforts in revenue operations management. Previously, Lauren was a Revenue Operations Manager at ProcessMaker and a Revenue Operations Analyst focused on marketing operations at Mediafly, where responsibilities included empowering sales teams through integrated platforms. Prior roles included Campaign Manager and Digital Marketing Intern at Arizona Public Media, and Social Media Assistant at Alpha Epsilon Phi, where Lauren served as Vice President of Sisterhood. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science & eSociety from the University of Arizona and a Certification in Web Design from the University of Michigan - School of Information.
