Bala Vinayagam has an extensive background in leadership and product management within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as President at Qualitrol, Bala has previously held significant positions at Schneider Electric, including Senior Vice President, Vice President of Product Management, and Vice President. At GE Grid Solutions, Bala contributed as Regional Managing Director as well as Director of Product Management and Director of Marketing and Product Management. Early career experience includes a role as Marketing & Applications Engineer at Alstom Grid. Educational credentials consist of a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Western University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
