Laura Wood

Laura Wood is the Director and Owner of LSW Care Solutions Ltd, providing specialized support and guidance in elderly care, mental health, and learning disabilities since May 2020. Additionally, Laura serves as the Head of Human Resources at North West Surrey Integrated Care Services, overseeing HR and organizational development for a federation supporting 38 GP practices. With extensive experience as an Associate Expert Witness and Associate Contributor, Laura previously held the role of Director of Care, Quality and Compliance at The Fremantle Trust, and has directed quality and compliance at Advinia Health Care and regulation at Danshell Group. Laura's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Autism from Sheffield Hallam University and a Nursing degree from De Montfort University.
