Kenny Milligan

Kenny Milligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inspection and environmental services. Since April 2015, Kenny has served as a NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector, Utility Inspector, and Certified Environmental Specialist at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. (QIS). Additionally, Kenny held an inspector position at Enbridge from September 2023 to February 2024. Kenny's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in the History and Philosophy of Science and Technology, both obtained from Alcorn State University between 1998 and 2000. Currently, Kenny is pursuing an Associate's Degree in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Hinds Community College, which began in 1996.
