Nikki Gebara

Nikki Gebara is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in psychological science and online education. Serving as an Instructor and Senior Instructional Designer at the University of Central Missouri since August 2000, Nikki has been recognized for teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses while also excelling in course design and quality assurance through the Quality Matters framework. In conjunction, Nikki serves as a Master Reviewer for the Quality Matters Program, ensuring the quality of online and blended courses and fostering industry best practices. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Instructional Designer at The George Washington University, where Nikki led the design and implementation of multiple Doctor of Nursing Practice programs and over 150 unique online courses. Nikki holds an EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maryland.
