Tj Treviño

TJ Treviño, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at QM Quality Matters since September 2022, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation, and managing HRIS and employee development initiatives. Previously, TJ held various roles at NEISD including HR Coordinator and HRIS Support Technician, where responsibilities included supporting HR systems, onboarding, and departmental training. Prior experience includes serving as Development Coordinator at San Antonio Pets Alive!, managing donor databases and assisting with fundraising efforts, as well as roles in social media and volunteer management at Wag Labs Inc., and as a writer/editor and studio intern at Artpace San Antonio and NEISD, respectively. TJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
