Mark Creer

Mark Creer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Director and Deputy General Counsel at Qualtrics since October 2015, Mark has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director and Managing Counsel. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Mark worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Global Payments and practiced as a Banking & Finance Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mark's legal career began with a role as Associate Area Legal Counsel for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Lima, Peru. Earlier experience includes positions as a Financial Analyst and Cost Analyst at Ford Motor Company. Mark holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in Economics with a minor in Logic from Brigham Young University.
