Shannon Andrews is a seasoned professional with significant experience in product expertise and operations management, currently serving as a Product Expert and Associate Global Operations Lead at Qualtrics since April 2021. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Shannon held various roles at ADAY from January 2019 to March 2021, including Ecommerce Lead, Business Analyst, and Marketing and Operations Intern. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from LIM College, graduating as the Salutatorian of the Class of 2020.
