Mohini Palchowdhury

Mohini Palchowdhury is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Since October 2016, Mohini has been the Head of HR for Quantiphi, overseeing operations in India, the UK, and the Netherlands, and previously served as Manager of Human Resources. Prior to Quantiphi, Mohini worked at Altisource from July 2014 to September 2016 as Assistant Manager Human Resources, leading strategic projects for HR business partner model development. Earlier, Mohini was an Analyst in Talent Planning at Infosys BPO from July 2009 to July 2014, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of the Internal Job Posting process. Mohini holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature Honours from Presidency College, Kolkata, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
