David Fournier

David Fournier is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Officer at QCDx since June 2024. Prior to this role, David held the position of VP of Optics and Systems Integration at CytoVeris Inc. from May 2019 to May 2024. David's extensive background includes serving as Director of Engineering at Quanterix, Sr. Staff Engineer at Illumina, and Principal Engineer at both Cyvera Corp. and CiDRA. David began the career as a Sr. Optical Engineer at Gerber Scientific and as an Engineer in the Electronic Prepress Division of Agfa. David earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electro-optics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1987 and 1992.
