Tristan Fair

Tristan Fair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning consulting and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Consultant at Wilson Learning since February 2023, Tristan previously held the role of Client Director at Godel Technologies Europe from November 2021 to October 2022. At Learning Tree International, from June 2015 to November 2021, Tristan progressed through various positions, culminating as a Client Solutions Manager, where responsibilities included developing training solutions across EMEA and leading account management for multiple industry sectors. Tristan's earlier roles include Specialist Development Recruitment Resourcer at DGH Recruitment and Recruitment Researcher at RBW Consulting LLP, complementing a foundational position as a Health Care Assistant at Embrace Group. Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science from the University of Portsmouth, completed in 2013.
