Jackie Thomas

Jackie Thomas is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Manager of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Quantum Health since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jackie held various positions at Trinity Health from February 2011 to December 2023, including Senior Program Manager, EPMO, where strong leadership was demonstrated through the management of complex projects and the development of a team of project managers overseeing a substantial project budget. Jackie also directed the creation and implementation of a Readiness program for Ambulatory projects, impacting numerous employed physicians across multiple states. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Revenue Cycle Automation at Mount Carmel Health System, focusing on strategic direction and project management within the Revenue Cycle. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from West Liberty State College.
