Mr. Rowlett joined Quantum Plastics from inception with the idea of growing a successful enterprise and has led the effort of acquiring complementary companies, Master Molded Products, 3D Plastics, Plasticos Promex USA and River Bend Industries. He is a seasoned executive having been a Chairman and/or CEO of numerous manufacturing companies in the last fifteen years including a global supplier of sealing systems, GDX Automotive. Mr. Rowlett is a Founding Partner of RESK Consulting where he has been active in the management of portfolio companies for private equity funds. Much of the focus has been with distressed investments.
Expertise includes lean manufacturing, strategic initiatives, organic growth, management performance and accountability, and cash management. Prior senior officer positions include Chairman and CEO of Marathon Automotive Group, Chairman, CEO and President of Pilot Industries, President and CEO of Ryobi Die Casting and Chairman of Guilford Mills. In addition to his role as Chairman, Mr. Rowlett currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Relativity Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Mr. Rowlett received a BA from Chapman University with a concentration in Economics.
