Jeffrey Thornton

Jeffrey Thornton, MSC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program protection and security analysis. Currently serving as a Program Protection SETA and Senior FMS Analyst at Quantum Research International since April 2024, Jeffrey develops strategic briefings for the LO/CLO Tri-Services Committee and has implemented Supply Chain Risk Management processes. Previous roles include Program Manager and Senior System Engineer at Integration Innovation, Inc., where Jeffrey supported the STORM Project Office, and Industrial Security Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on accreditation and compliance for classified areas. Notable contributions also include leading technology and program protection initiatives for NASA, managing access control projects for the DIA, and serving over 14 years in various capacities within the U.S. Coast Guard.
