Garen Kabakian

Garen Kabakian is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in various sectors, including medical diagnostics, robotics, and opto-mechanics. Currently serving as a Mechanical & Hardware Engineer at Quantum Surgical since October 2022, Garen previously worked at Sophia Engineering and ECA Group, contributing to mechanical studies and the development of ROVs. Previous roles include designing automation equipment at Diagdev, supporting product qualification at Trakka Systems, and creating opto-mechanical systems at Winlight. Garen also has research experience in artificial limb components and has worked in project assistance within the nuclear sector. Garen holds two engineering degrees, one from ENSTA Bretagne in Materials and Structures and another from ENIB in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Computer Science.
