Scott Huling

Scott Huling, PMP, currently serves as Vice President at Quartech since April 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at Sierra-Cedar, including Vice President and Practice Director for Public Sector Solutions from June 2013 to April 2024. Scott's experience also includes serving as Director of Management Consulting Services at CherryRoad Technologies Inc. from 2008 to 2013, and as a Consultant - Client Partner at FranklinCovey from 2000 to 2008. Earlier in the career, Scott served in the US Navy as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge from 1988 to 2000. Scott is an alumnus of Southern Adventist University.
