Oliver Lea

Oliver Lea is a quantitative developer at Qube Research & Technologies since September 2024. Previously, Oliver held the position of software engineer at Marshall Wace from October 2022 to September 2024 and worked as a software engineer at XTX Markets from June 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included contributions to the Research Technology team. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at G-Research from September 2017 to March 2019, IBM as a software engineer intern in July 2016, and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute as a software engineer during an industrial placement from July 2014 to July 2015. Oliver obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of York, completing studies there from 2012 to 2017.
