Lorraine Moses-Copeman

Lorraine Moses-Copeman joined the board in February 2018.

Lorraine is an in-house Solicitor working as part of the Corporate Team currently specialising high value economic regeneration and PFI projects, EU, central and local government funded work. She obtained her LLB (Hons) degree at the University of Wolverhampton and following qualification as a Solicitor she worked in the private sector primarily undertaking work in retail and residential planning law. She later moved into local government undertaking a varied caseload of planning law, civil and regulatory litigation including housing disrepair, food safety, consumer protection, environmental and Health and Safety work.

Prior to becoming Solicitor Lorraine worked in managerial positions for the Probation Service and in forensic pathology. She also worked as a Legal Affairs Officer advising commissioners in equality laws.

Lorraine gives back to the community by mentoring undergraduate/post graduate individuals. She has also worked as a probation volunteer supporting the families of individuals that are incarcerated. Lorraine also volunteers her time as a non-executive director for QAC Enterprises and a sheltered Housing Association.
