Louise Mercer

Louise Mercer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic innovation, AI deployments, and governance across multiple sectors. Currently managing specialized AI deployments for the Queensland Government, Louise also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People, Culture & Governance Committee at World Vision Australia, and as a Principal Consultant at Nova Sight, focusing on AI solutions in education and digital transformation. Previous roles include Chief Experience Officer at Everledger, where Louise led pioneering blockchain initiatives, and various strategic positions at QBE Insurance and Suncorp Group. Louise holds an MBA from Swinburne University and a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
