Joana Flores

Joana Flores is a Data Engineer at Quest Global since September 2024, with prior experience as a Data Scientist and Data Analyst at kenbi. Joana has a solid background in product development, having worked at Colep Consumer Products where contributions included formulating Suncare and Skin Care products, providing technical support, and automating R&D processes. Joana also served as an R&D Technician at Ferraz Group | Labialfarma, focusing on the development and optimization of topical products and scaling up processes. Academic experiences include a research internship at Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, where Joana conducted a master thesis on urinary biomarkers for bladder cancer, and an internship at CICECO with a focus on metabolomic studies. Joana holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Universidade de Aveiro, complemented by a Data Analytics Bootcamp from Ironhack.
