Umar Baig

Umar Baig is a Senior Design Engineer at Quest Global since October 2024, bringing a diverse background in mechanical engineering to the role. Previously, Umar served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Iskraemeco from March 2022 to October 2024 and as a Mechanical Engineer - Plant at MK Agrotech Pvt Ltd - Sunpure from October 2018 to March 2022. Umar's career began with a design internship at BEML LTD, where significant contributions included the design and fabrication of the BH60 dump truck horse collar and the MBOM for the same vehicle. Umar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Academy for Technical and Management Excellence, MYSORE (2014 - 2018) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from CPC Polytechnic Mysore (2011 - 2014).
