Noy Dancig is an accomplished professional with significant experience in security, leadership development, and community facilitation. As the Founder and Managing Partner of BlackLab Global since August 2018, Noy is dedicated to transforming personal security through intelligence-driven solutions. In addition, Noy serves as a WIM Group Facilitator and Coach at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, providing support to MBA students in the Women in Management program. Noy also plays a pivotal role as a Founding Core Guide for Chief, where focus is placed on enhancing leadership opportunities for women. Other affiliations include serving on the Careers Advisory Board for QuestBridge and founding the Pre-Seed project Nested. Noy's background includes a diplomatic post at the Consulate General of Israel to the Pacific Northwest and a career with Shabak - Israeli Security Agency and the National Unit for Fraud Investigations & Cyber. Noy holds a Master of Law in Commercial Law from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Law from Tel Aviv University.
