Monica Brandon

Monica Brandon is an experienced project manager and product owner with a strong background in data analysis and process optimization. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Questel since January 2022, Monica has successfully managed the pricing database for Novagraaf and identified system and process gaps. Prior to this, Monica worked at Novagraaf as a Product Owner from March 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a development team to create a pricing database in Salesforce CPQ and implementing the product across European offices. Additional experience includes roles as a Consultant and Business Analyst at Tech Data Nederland, where Monica created leadership dashboards and provided performance analyses. Monica holds a Master of Science in Economics of Markets, Organization, and Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
