Carmine D'Addese is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vendor and supplier management, procurement, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Vendor Management at Questrade Financial Group since July 2023, Carmine leads a team responsible for vendor contracting, performance, and risk management. Previously, Carmine held the position of Manager, Supplier Management at Capital One, managing third-party relationships throughout their lifecycle. With a track record of success in roles at ADP, D'Addese Consulting, and First Data Global Leasing, Carmine has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic partnerships, contract management, and growing market share. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Strategic Negotiations from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Specialized Honours B.A. in Public Policy and Administration from York University.
