Matthew Campbell

Matthew Campbell is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in transformation and performance improvement. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Quinte Health since July 2023, Matthew previously held various leadership positions at IWK Health from August 2007 to July 2023, including Executive Lead for Performance & System Transformation and Director roles in Strategy, People Operations, Quality, Performance, Process Improvement, and Planning. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University.
