Greg Dreyfus

Greg Dreyfus currently serves as the Head of Solutions Consulting at Quiq, having joined in May 2024, where leadership of a pre-sales engineering team is a primary responsibility. Previous roles include Director of Solutions Engineering and Principal Solutions Engineer at Cresta from December 2021 to May 2024, as well as various positions at Zendesk from May 2012 to December 2021, culminating as Senior Manager of the Platform Architects Team. Greg's career in technology and customer support began in roles at Pure360, Futuremedia plc, Lloyds TSB, and several early positions. Educationally, Greg attended the University of Brighton and Wimbledon College, with a Brevet obtained from Lycee Francais Charles De Gaulles.
