Alan Drake has extensive experience in systems management and service delivery, currently serving in a role at QuoStar since November 2021. Prior to this, Alan held various positions at GCI, including Technical Service Delivery Manager and Helpdesk/Pod Manager, from March 2018 to November 2021. Alan's career began as a Systems Engineer (Trainee) at Complete Data, and has progressed through roles such as Senior Service Desk Engineer at Blue Chip Data Systems, IT Consultant/Project Manager as a Contractor, and Senior Consultant at Solidtech Services Ltd. Alan also worked as a System Engineer at Preferred IT and attended Brockenhurst College from 1992 to 1993 for education.
