Mahbub Rahman

Mahbub Rahman is an IT Global Support Engineer at r-pac International since September 2023, focusing on global client support, network management, and firewall policy management. Prior to this role, Mahbub served as an IT Support Engineer at Kaia Health from October 2022 to September 2023 and as a Desktop Support Analyst at Leaman College of IT Supports from October 2019 to September 2022. Mahbub holds a degree in Technical Support from Coursera and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from National University, Bangladesh. Additionally, Mahbub is currently pursuing Office 365 administration and troubleshooting studies through Joyatres Software Solutions.
