Amy Secomb has extensive experience in IT service management and support, currently serving as Acting Manager for ITSM Integration & Delivery at RAA since June 2017. Additionally, Amy has worked at Commander as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and held an administrative position at the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure. Academically, Amy holds a Diploma of eBusiness Support from the Computer Power Institute of Technology and graduated from Banksia Park High School.
