Waleed al-Mutairi

Waleed Al-Mutairi is an accomplished professional with significant experience in the engineering and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Rabiah & Nassar Group since September 2014, Waleed focuses on evaluating real estate management strategies and optimizing asset utilization to drive value and profit. Prior to this role, Waleed held multiple positions at ABB, including Projects Manager, where involvement in key projects such as the New Transmission Substation and the Reinforcement of Existing Transmission Substations contributed to extensive project management expertise. Earlier career experience includes a role as Power Transmission Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company, where responsibilities included overseeing design reviews and enhancing operational efficiency. Waleed holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from King Saud University, obtained in 2005.
