Orkhan Salayev

Orkhan Salayev, PhD(c), currently serves as the Marketing Director at Rabitabank OJSC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Orkhan held positions including Deputy Head of the Business Development Department at Azerbaijan Railways and Marketing Advisor at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in China. Previous experience also includes serving as Acting Head of Advertising & Promotion Division and Senior Marketing Specialist at FINCA Azerbaijan, Project Coordinator at the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Project Specialist at the Azerbaijan International Cinema Company. Orkhan's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a focus on Neuromarketing from the University of International Business and Economics, an MBA in Neuromarketing from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, executive education in Strategic Marketing from NIMA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
