Brandy Smith

Brandy Smith is an experienced professional in organizational and talent development, currently serving as Head of Organizational Development at Rabobank since December 2019. Brandy has held multiple leadership roles at Rabobank, including Head of Talent Development and Mandatory Training and Vice President, Director of People Development. Prior experience includes positions as Talent Development Manager at Enterprise Holdings and various roles at Save-A-Lot, Vi-Jon, and American Equity Mortgage, spanning a range of responsibilities from employee development to communications management. Brandy holds a degree in Arts and Sciences with a focus on Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from St. Charles County Community College.
