Jacek Wieclawski

Jacek Wieclawski is an experienced finance professional with a focus on innovation in capital markets. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation for Markets at Rabobank since 2014, Jacek has also held significant roles in interest rate derivatives and equity derivatives at Rabobank and Deutsche Bank. Between 2018 and 2020, Jacek contributed as a member of the Future of AI in Capital Markets working group at the World Economic Forum. Jacek began the career in risk management at Lloyds Bank. Jacek's educational background includes studies at ESCP Business School, the University of Cambridge, and Poznan University of Economics and Business.
