Linda Meister

Linda Meister is an experienced professional in talent development and learning strategies, serving as VP and Sr. Learning Partner at Rabobank since July 2020. In this role, Linda is responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance business and technical skills among employees. Prior to Rabobank, Linda managed learning and development at Caleres, Inc. for a decade, focusing on corporate training initiatives. Linda's extensive background also includes significant leadership roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where Linda oversaw Learning and Employee Development for a large frontline staff and led successful career development programs. Linda holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
