Stephanie Gras has over a decade of experience at Rabobank, currently serving as a Project Manager HR and Global HR Portal Communication Advisor, focused on enhancing employee experiences through digital solutions. Previously held roles include Product Manager in FX & Cross Border, We.trade, and International Cash Management, where responsibilities spanned product development, partner bank strategies, and stakeholder management. Stephanie is also a Boardmember for RaboWomen, dedicated to advancing women’s development in the workplace. Earlier entrepreneurial efforts include founding IN2INNOVATE, a blog focused on tech, lifestyle, and health. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and certifications in Professional Scrum Master and LEAN methodologies.
