Matt Taylor is currently the Director of Insights & Analytics at RAC, leading teams in consumer research, analytics, data science, CRM, MarTech, email marketing, and demand forecasting since March 2023. Previously, Matt spent nearly a decade at Twitter, culminating in the role of Sr. Director of Marketing Insights & Analytics, where a global team was built to enhance advertising strategies through audience research and insights. Additional roles at Twitter included Senior Manager of Global Brand & Consumer Insights, Head of Research for EMEA, and Head of Research for the UK. Before Twitter, Matt served as Head of Social Insight at Telefónica UK and held leadership positions at Future Foundation, focusing on innovation and quantitative analysis. Educational background includes a degree in Economics and Statistics from UCL.
