For over a decade, Rachel has been at the forefront of World Tour Cycling in the UCI women’s peloton, racing on professional teams during a period of explosive growth and interest in cycling. A late entrant to the sport following successful younger years in athletics, Rachael entered cycling in a new wave of athletes that precipitated a rapid rise in requirements for levels of professionalism, performance and demanding race schedules.  

Through these experiences Rachel is attuned to the ingredients that are at the core of sustained high performance. She provides rare but accessible insights into resilience building, and the disciplined personal growth and commitment required to perform alongside the best in the world repeatedly. This has been demonstrated by the longevity of her career in elite cycling, garnished by a highly respected reputation among both team mates and competitors, a World Championship silver medal, and Olympic Games representation.

Rachel exudes a learning mindset, optimism and energy. Her continual pursuit of the optimal approach to prepare body, mind and brain for performance informs her model for living both on and off the bike.
