Brittany Peterson

Brittany Peterson, LCSW, CSIT, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as Clinical Supervisor and Social Worker at Racine County since May 2019. Prior roles include Psychosocial Rehabilitation Coordinator and Case Manager at Independence Center from September 2016 to May 2019, and Social Work Intern at University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System and Compass 31. Earlier experience includes internships at Independence Center, True North Women's Shelter, Rainbow House, and Central Missouri Community Action. Brittany holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Families and Lifespan Development from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a foundational education from Lakes Community High School.
