Lisa Ducani

Lisa Ducani serves as Vice-présidente and a member of the Bureau for AJR association des jeunes professionnels du restructuring since September 2018, where responsibilities include organizing events and conferences. At Racine, Lisa Ducani has held the roles of Counsel and Avocat collaborateur since April 2014, focusing on restructuring, prevention and treatment of difficulties, financing, and commercial litigation, having also completed a final internship in the same department in 2013. Previous internships include work in wine law at J.P Karsenty & associés and mergers and acquisitions at Econocom. Lisa Ducani holds multiple legal degrees, including a CAPA from the Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la cour d'appel de Paris and a Master 2 in Droit vitivinicole et des produits de qualité from Université du vin.
