Lisa Anderson

Lisa Anderson currently serves as the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing at RACV since April 2024, leading the organization's health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Head of Growth at APM from April 2021 to April 2024, where a focus on fostering success through people was paramount. As a self-employed Health, Safety and Wellbeing Consultant from April 2015 to March 2022, Lisa provided strategic consultancy services to enhance organizational performance. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager Client Solutions at Direct Health Solutions, General Manager - Occupational Health Services at UHG, and National Injury Management Advisor at Coles, among others. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Curtin University.
